Arrival

We will gladly welcome you at the hotel already for breakfast (at an additional charge).
Your room will be ready to move into by 3pm at the latest.

Departure

We kindly ask you to move out of your room by 11am. If you would prefer to enjoy a leisurely departure
day ask at reception to arrange a late check-out for € 40,00 per room.

Single room Supplement

For single use of a double room a single room supplement of 50 % will be charged.

Electric Charging Station

We are closely in tune with nature and want it to stay that way.
Therefore we are enabling you to charge your car using the 3 electric charging stations in our car park for a fee.

Gourmet Board

All prices shown include the „¾ Gourmet Board“. The „¾ Pension Gourmet“ begins at 3.30pm on your arrival day
and ends at 11.00 am on your departure day. We kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you do not plan to
attend the evening meal or breakfast. This can not be refunded.

We wish to advise that we do not cook „Vegan“ as part of the Gourmet Board. Therefore Vegan meals are not included
in the ¾ Pension Gourmet.

Dogs

Your four-legged friend is welcome at the hotel when pre-booked.
We charge € 22,00 per day (without food) and ask you to bring a basket/blanket with you.

We ask for your understanding that the animals are not allowed in the breakfast area, restaurant and sauna area.
You are welcome to bring your dog into the reception area or in the afternoons, into the „Jagdstube“ room.
We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required.

Please also note that when using the Walker’s Bus or Ski Bus, as well as on the ski lift, it is compulsory for the dog
to wear a muzzle.

Child Discounts

Discounts apply for children sharing their parent‘s room when sharing with 2 full-paying people:

Up to their 5th Birthday - Free
from 6 to 10 years old 50 % Discount
from 11 to 15 years old 30 % Discount
from 16 years old 20 % Discount
Children up to 16 years old as the 2nd person sharing a room 10 % Discount

Additional Passengers

When making a booking for more than one room, please let us know the names, addresses and dates of birth of all passengers.
This makes your check-in experience considerably easier.

Local Taxes

The local taxes of € 1,80 per person per day apply to all guests aged 15 years and over.
From 01.11.2024 the local tax will be € 2,50 per person per day.
These will be shown separately on your invoice.

Parking

Free parking spaces (not covered) are availible directly in front of the hotel. There is no garage availible.

Smoking

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, which means that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.
Smoking is allowed outside on the hotel terrace.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations can only be done in writing and the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply as follows:

up to 45 days before arrival - Free
up to 30 days before arrival we charge - 40 % of the full price
up to 7 days before arrival we charge - 70 % of the full price
up to 1 day before arrival we charge - 90 % of the full price
On the arrival day and „No Show“ as well as in the case of an early departure - 100 % of the
full price

Cancellation Protection

From experience we know that despite the best made holiday plans something unexpected can arise.
To save you the stress and cancellation charges, we recommend you take out the hotel cancellation insurance „Plus“
from Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG.

Shuttle

We can offer you a free pick-up service from the train station in Mayrhofen.
Please let us know when to expect you at least two days before your arrival.

Ski Room

In the ski room you will find a ski locker for each room.
The one with your room number is reserved for you for the duration of your stay.

Room Change

Changing to another room is no problem and does not require much effort. We will move your packed baggage to your new room for you in the morning. You can freely plan and enjoy your day out. Your new room key will be waiting for you at reception in the afternoon ready for your to collect.
