Schwindelfrei presents: Whyrauch

A special concert by special musicians from the Zillertal valley!
The ensemble "whyrauch" was founded to be a "Christmas band" with the background, to appear Christmas in a new light. Over the years during various performances the musical repertoire of the band developed to "world music".
The band’s musicians are of Tyrolean origin performing solo and as members of various ensembles and orchestras in Austria and Germany.

Booming silent world music – with the influences of various musical genres such as jazz, classical, blues, folk and free improvisation they created their own pieces and arrangements, which are summarized in a very interesting concert evening.

The unusual rhythms and timbres promise a very versatile "silent booming" evening, which encourage sometimes to smile and sometimes to contemplation and may even go into your legs.

District fire brigade day

The district fire association Schwaz is celebrating its 125th anniversary. Therefor they are going to celebrate the district fire brigade day on the 3rd of June in the Tux-Center in Tux-Lanersbach.

In nice weather a field mass will be held at 09.00 a.m.
Following march-past at 12.00 a.m. in front of the Tux-Center in Tux-Lanersbach and a parade of all fire departments of the district Schwaz with the oldest and newest vehicles in the district.

Afterwards the vehicles will be on display at an exhibition in the parking lot at the Tux-Center.
