Hintertux has long been a favourite destination for mountain bikers. The tours range from pleasure tours with a unique panorama up to medium routes to challenging descents to Hintertux. A Highlight for the mountain free riders in particular are the narrow paths of the so called - single-track trails – which are of particular interest for the athletes that have bikes with the big “tunnel tires”. There are routes to the “Sommerberg”, Tuxer Joch and Tuxer Fernerhaus up to 2,160 m possible!
