Check in

The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 pm and will be held up to 6 pm. If you expect to arrive later than 6 pm, please inform us in advance via e-mail or call us.

Rooms/Suiten

All rooms are appointed with telephone, satellite-radio, satellite TV, internet, insured safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, partial balcony.

• Ski rent at Sport Huber and Sport Nenner –10% reduction

Children reduction

Children sharing room with parents paying for two people:

• up to the 5th Birthday free
• 6 - 10 years 50 % discount
• 11 - 15 years 30 % discount
• 16 years 20 % discount

Children up to 16 years in the extra room 10 % discount. For the exclusive use of a twin room we charge a durcharge of € 25,00 per day.

Ski safe

Each room has a free ski safe.

Dogs:

We charge € 50,00 for one-time fee for final cleaning per stay and ask you for your understanding that we can only accept dogs by arrangement. Dogs are not permitted in the dining area.

Dear non-smoker – Dear smoker

For the well-being and health of our guests is the entire dining room and the lobby a NON-SMOKING AREA. We would also point out that our rooms are Non smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in our hotel bar.

Cancellation fee

- NO cancellation fee up to 1 month prior to arrival;
- less than 1 month prior arrival, 40 % of the total agreed price;
- up to 1 week before arrival, 70 % of the total agreed price;
- less than 1 week prior to arrival 90 % of the total agreed price;
- "no show" or early departure 100 % of the total agreed price.
